Our Shop Story:
In July of 2015 I finally decided to take a leap of faith and start an Etsy shop, which sat empty for months. I knew I wanted to sell planner goodies because stationary and organization are my bread and butter and I love helping others find peace in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I officially opened my Etsy shop with planner stickers and began selling on November 4, 2015. After 2.5 years on Etsy, we decided to take another leap of faith and open our own standalone website which opened July 1, 2018. We have now been on Shopify for over 5 years!
On September 9, 2022 we started a new chapter of our business by launching apparel! We now offer planner stickers, T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, onesies, bibs, tote bags, and potholders!

Meet the Owner & Creator:
Hi, I'm Chelsea! I live in Western Oregon with my Husband Brandon, our son Dallen, and our English Bulldog Bella. We were married on June 25, 2016 and bought our first home in September of 2017, then moving into our second home in our hometown in August of 2019. I graduated from Northwest Christian University with an honors bachelor of science degree in elementary education in May of 2018. I taught 2nd/1st grade for four years before having our son in June 2022. For the time being I am on a leave of absence from teaching to spend Dallen's first few years together. This also allows me the flexibility to work on the shop as my main job for the year. Brandon works hard as a full-time HVAC technician, but your orders truly help our growing family. Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: We love creating customs for people, the best way to contact me is via Instagram @chasing_chels or through email at chasingchels@outlook.com
Q: What kind of sticker paper do you use?
A: You can choose from premium matte vinyl or glossy and our foiled stickers are printed on a glossy transparent sticker paper.
Q: How long will it take you to process my order?
A: After having Dallen, I decided to increase my standard processing time to 1-3 weeks. Most orders will ship before then, but being a one woman shop with a baby on my hip, some flexibility is needed.
Q: How can I get my order faster?
A: Sticker orders will have a longer processing time if combined with apparel. For fastest processing time, place two orders, one for stickers and one for apparel.
Q: How can I receive free shipping on my order?
A: USA orders of $75.00+ (after coupon, before shipping) will ship free! For all other countries, orders of $150.00+ (after coupon, before shipping) ship free!
Q: What pens can I use on your sticker paper?
A: Most all pens work on our premium matte vinyl and glossy sticker paper, my only advice is when using gel ink, give it a second to dry before touching or ink could smudge.
Q: What planner do you recommend for your stickers?
A: All stickers are kiss cut and ready to peel and stick. They are designed for any Vertical style planner with 1.5 inch columns, but can be adapted for any planner. My favorites include the Caress Press inserts for the Aura Estelle A5 wide planners, Simplified Daily planners, and most recently the Hobonichi Cousin (we sell cousin weekly sized sticker kits now, but our standard vertical size can be used wonderfully in the daily spreads as well).
Q: Do you offer sales or coupon codes often?

Q: Can I use a coupon in the last chance section of your shop?
A: Yes you can! Coupons can be used on any item in our shop!
Q: Where and who makes the stickers and apparel?
A: All items are handmade in Western Oregon by Chelsea
Q: What brand of apparel blanks do you use?
A: Our entire selection of colors for Bella + Canvas unisex t-shirts, sweatshirts, and jogger sweatpants are made of 52% airlume combed/ringspun cotton and 48% polyester. The unisex Gerber onesies and bibs are cotton.
Q: How many colors and sizes of apparel do you offer?
A: For T-shirts we offer 59 colors and 8 sizes from XS-4XL, the sweatshirts are available in 38 colors and 7 sizes from XS-3XL, the sweatpants are available in 15 colors and 6 sizes from XL-2XL, the onesies are offered in 8 colors and 8 sizes from preemie-24 months. As for accessories, the bibs and tote bags only come in one color each, white and canvas respectively, while the potholders are one size but are offered in red or black.
Q: How should I wash my apparel?
A: Turn inside out and wash in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to prolong the life of your apparel, but it can be placed in the dryer on low heat if you wish. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or use fabric softener.
Q: Why are their grid lines on all of your listing pictures?
A: We started using a grid watermark on all of our listings in 2022 in order to protect the original artists work that we use and our own designs from those who will illegally try to steal the art and/or format. Don't worry though, the actual apparel and stickers sent will not include the grid printed on them!
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of stickers and the customization (color and size) of apparel we are unable to accept alterations, cancelations, returns or exchanges.
